the heating system was not working on the date of inspection. random radiators were selected within the regulated time of required heat and they were absolutely cold, without any evidence of being on at all that day. the outside temperature at the time was in the low 50's. repair or replace your heating system to provide heat as specified to the left with in the time allotted below.
