    at the time of inspection the elevator was not working properly. the passenger car does not stop on the second or third floor. provide service to all floors. the yellow decal numbers on the inside of the elevator doors do not indicate the actual floor. the fifth floor reads 6, the fourth floor reads 5, the third floor reads 4. replace the numbers so that when exiting the passenger car of the elevator the number on the door describes the floor number at each level. the basement level button reads 1. the first floor button reads l. swap or replace the buttons to eliminate this confusion. repair/restore/replace the elevator as necessary within the specified time frame listed below.
