Beverage refrigeration units installed on the left wall and new lighting installed throughout without permits. A new 6¿ wall opening has been created between 704 Larkin and 684 Ellis. This opening is connected by a newly poured concrete ramp w/ truncated domes that¿s not ADA compliant. The bathroom in 684 Ellis has also been remodeled without permits.
