    A Taskforce Inspection was performed on 5/14/24. The field conditions are as follows: The newly renovated store¿s entrance is on 704 Larkin. Observed a 3 comp sink and a hand sink at the rear wall adjacent to the bathroom/utility closet installed without permits. Beverage refrigeration units installed on the left wall and new lighting installed throughout without permits. A new 6¿ wall opening has been created between 704 Larkin and 684 Ellis. This opening is connected by a newly poured concrete ramp w/ truncated domes that¿s not ADA compliant. The bathroom in 684 Ellis has also been remodeled without permits.
